The Costa Coffee Club UAE is a way to collect points, called “beans” and save money in participating Costa Coffee stores.

You’ll get 10 beans for every whole 1AED you spend on all purchases in store. When you reach 2,000  (Spend AED200) beans you can get any barista prepared drink for free!

The Coffee Club UAE app is free and available for iPhone, iPad, and Android users. You can download the app by simply searching for 'Costa Coffee UAE' on the App Store or Google Play.

If you ever change or lose your device, simply reinstall the Coffee Club UAE app to your new system, log in as normal and you’re ready to go!

To start collecting and redeeming beans, all customers need to register for a Coffee Club UAE
account via the app. Becoming a member gives you a Costa Coffee Club UAE account which also gives you access to exclusive offers and other Coffee Club benefits.

Once you’ve downloaded the app you can then register for a Coffee Club UAE account to start collecting beans by scanning your device.

To start collecting beans in store, simply scan the barcode on your phone under the scanner by the till whenever you make a purchase and your beans balance will update automatically.

When the app launches officially on the 15th January  customers who download the app and registers their account will automatically get 1,000 beans for free which means they will be half way to a free coffee.

For every AED1 = 10 beans

AED200 = 2000 beans

2000 beans = Free barista made beverage

The current stamp card requires customers to purchase 9 coffee’s to get 1 free. Therefore they only get rewarded by purchasing coffee  / Hot drinks. With the new Costa Coffee Club customers can earn on all of their spend in store – so when they purchase food they can earn on their total spend. Once they spend AED200 then they can get a Free Barista Made beverage.

No – This is classed as ‘ double dipping’. For the purpose of the trial we would ask customers to use one loyalty reward, the app or their loyalty card. However we will be phasing out the paper cards by the end of Feb 2021.

Yes – customers are rewarded based on their total spend. So they can still use their discounts / promotions.

If the scan on your device fails whilst using the app in store, check with the barista and try again. If necessary, you can also access your card number by logging into your account and accessing the QR code page. The barista can then manually enter your account number or your Phone Number to ensure you get your beans for that purchase.

You can also ask the barista for a receipt of your purchase and your beans can be added by contacting customer services on. support@costacoffeeclubuae.ae this cannot be done in the store.

If for any reason you cannot collect beans in-store via the app, you can ask the barista for a receipt and your beans can be added retrospectively By contacting customer services on support@costacoffeeclubuae.ae

If you realize after you have left the store that your beans were not updated, please contact customer services on support@costacoffeeclubuae.ae. Retrospectively adding beans is at our sole discretion and can only be done once a valid receipt is shared so please ensure you keep receipts from all purchases!

You can collect and redeem beans across any permanent store throughout the United Arab Emirates. This excludes most temporary stores, special events, popups.  In the event that you cannot collect your beans from any of our outlets please keep your receipt and contact customer services on support@costacoffeeclubuae.ae and the team will add your beans to your account.

No. However, if your account is inactive for a period of 12 months or more, your account will become invalid and the remaining bean balance will be forfeited. Once forfeited, beans cannot be transferred to a new account and cannot be refunded.

Yes, beans will expire 12 months from when they are first issued.

No this is not possible, however if you wish to gift your family members we now have gift cards available in stores

Yes you can earn beans on all products that you purchase in Costa.

No unfortunately the system is unique to the UAE and cannot be used in any other country.

  • Customers can still use their cards in stores.

  • No new cards will be handed out from 15th Jan – once a customer completes their card and redeems their coffee they should then download the app.

  • From February we will stop stamping cards but all completed cards can be redeemed in store.

  • From 1st March – No more cards will be accepted in stores
